In Buddhist tradition, a Bodhisattva is someone who, inspired by ‎compassion, has dedicated their life to the benefit of all beings. This means to prioritize first our own healing and enlightenment, while doing all things with ‎love and in the spirit of generosity.

Originally, it was said that a bodhisattva was any human who has experienced a moment of true compassion - seeing themselves in the eyes of another. Look within. Have you experienced true compassion? We go within to release all criticism and self-judgement, and take honest, compassionate moral inventory. This class is about healing, transforming, and accepting ourselves and our destiny for spiritual maturity.

In this candlelit class, we will learn how living a life inspired by the Way of the Bodhisattva can actually be a very practical tool in achieving your goals, improving your personal relationships, and transforming your physical health. We will touch upon the basics of Buddhism and Mindfulness, followed by a 30 minute meditation on The Way of the Bodhisattva.

In this class, we will learn and practice what it means to become a disciplined meditator. With so many scientific studies proving the benefits of meditation, we now know more than ever about the physiological and psychological benefits of right practice.

Unplug Meditation

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to unplug. Unplug from your devices, unplug from the momentum of the mundane day to day, and unplug from the cultural belief systems you unconsciously accept and perpetuate. In this class, we will emphasize the recalibration one experiences in meditation, returning to our deepest truth, tuning in to the present moment with authenticity, awareness and power.
